行星架是行星齒輪傳動裝置的主要構件之一,行星輪軸或者軸承就裝在行星架上。當行星輪作為基本構件時,它是機構中承受外力矩最大的零件。行星輪的結構設計和制造對各個行星輪間的載荷分配以至于傳動裝置的承載能力、噪聲和振動等有很大影響。
行星架的合理結構應該是重量輕、剛性好、便于加工和裝配。其常見結構形式有雙側板整體式、雙側板分開式和單側板式三種。雙側板整體式的剛性好。這種結構如果采用整體鍛造則切削加工量很大,因此可用鑄造和焊接方法得到結構和尺寸接近成品的毛坯,但應注意消除鑄造或焊接缺陷和內應力,否則將影響行星架的強度、加工質量及使用時可能產生變形。The

The reasonable structure of the planet carrier should be light weight,good rigidity,and easy to process and assemble.There are three common structural forms:double-sided plate integral type,double-sided plate separate type and single-sided plate type.The overall rigidity of the double-sided plate is good.If the structure is integrally forged,the amount of machining is large,so the casting and welding methods can be used to obtain the blank with structure and size close to the finished product.However,attention should be paid to eliminating the casting or welding defects and internal stress,otherwise the strength,processing quality and deformation of the planet carrier may be affected.
