圓錐齒輪是在相交的兩軸之間傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)的圓錐形齒輪。按其齒線形狀和方向可分為直齒錐齒輪、斜齒錐齒輪，零度錐齒輪及曲線齒錐齒輪等。圓錐齒輪齒數(shù)為Z1=13～30，常取≥16。根據(jù)節(jié)錐表面展開圖中齒線形狀的不同，圓錐齒輪可分為：

　　直齒錐齒輪是圓錐齒輪中最簡(jiǎn)單的一種。其節(jié)錐齒線為徑向直線形，各齒線都通過節(jié)錐錐尖，它的輪齒走向是沿圓錐母線方向，并逐漸地由齒輪截錐體的大端向小端按比例收縮，最后在空間交于兩相嚙合齒輪軸線的交點(diǎn)處。

　　Straight bevel gear is the simplest kind of bevel gear.Its pitch cone tooth line is a radial straight line,and each tooth line passes through the pitch cone tip.Its gear tooth direction is along the direction of the conical generatrix,and gradually shrinks from the large end of the gear cutting cone to the small end in proportion,and finally intersects at the intersection of the two meshing gear axes in space.
