電機(jī)齒輪是電機(jī)連接減速機(jī)構(gòu)的主要組成，與電機(jī)的連接方式根據(jù)客戶(hù)的不同要求級(jí)電機(jī)軸的結(jié)構(gòu)，一是采用銷(xiāo)釘鉚接，二是采用D型孔緊配合連接。電機(jī)齒擇圓柱直電機(jī)齒輪。如果電機(jī)輸入與減速機(jī)構(gòu)如果采用垂直式連接，就選擇圓錐電機(jī)齒輪。電機(jī)齒輪的硬度選擇：一般電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速在5000-6000rpm，扭矩不大于100N.m,電機(jī)齒輪的硬度選擇HRC28-32.如果采用高速電機(jī)，輸出扭矩＞100N.m，電機(jī)齒輪硬度應(yīng)選擇HRC45以上。

　　The motor gear is the main component of the motor connecting reducer.The connection mode with the motor is based on the structure of the motor shaft according to the different requirements of the customer.First,the pin riveting is used,and the second is the D-type hole tight fit connection.For the selection of motor gear,according to the characteristics of the reducer or gear mechanism,if the motor input and the reducer are connected in a straight-through way,the cylindrical straight motor gear shall be selected.If the motor input and reducer are connected vertically,the bevel motor gear shall be selected.Hardness selection of motor gear:generally,the motor speed is 5000-6000rpm,the torque is not more than 100N.m,and the hardness of motor gear is HRC28-32.If high-speed motor is used,the output torque is more than 100N.m,and the hardness of motor gear should be HRC45 or more.
